I have to go to work, so I can’t confirm if it’s truly installed properly right now, but when I get home, can someone share any info on how to determine if the dlc’s are installed and recognized when I boot up the game? It says “free” (not “purchased”, like the Blood and Wine icon did) and I get the same “Something went wrong” message, with an error code of WS-116483-3 when I try to click the download button for it. I was able to download the PS5 versions of the base game and Blood and Wine, but I currently can’t download Hearts of Stone. I got three separate emails from Sony thanking me for my purchase, one for the base game ($0) one for blood and wine ($0) and one for Hearts of Stone ($0).

I'm sorry to say i can't help with either of these issues as I'm not experiencing them myself. Update 5: Some people are still experiencing issues with not being able to download the game and the DLCs not registering in-game. Update 4: It's fixed for some and not others, its possible it's region based and other regions will have to wait a little longer. Likely be a few days before i hear anything back. It looked as if it was going nowhere for a while but they have "escalated it to their specialised team" so that's better than nothing atleast. I have since remembered that when the PS5 upgrade for Metro Exodus released i had a similar issue with downloading it's DLC. Update: It may be a recurring issue on Sony's end. I'm going to be contacting Playstation in the morning when the live chat feature opens. It won't even appear on the PS5 version, i suspect due to the lack of DLC.
